Getting Lost in Dreams

Dreaming of getting lost means you are experiencing despair in your waking hours and have not been able to fulfill any given task or promise. You tend to beat yourself up mentally with all the letdowns, while some people still believe in you finding your way. However, if you continue down the road of digging yourself a bigger hole, this disastrous chapter of your life will never close.

Feeling lost is an indication of directionless living and lacking goals. See who can help point you in the right direction.

Seek out help. Do not be afraid to ask a friend or family member to help you get back on your feet as everyone has often times experienced getting lost. Those who find their way back become more determined and focused at life.

  1. This is the second time in a week l am having the same dream of not able to find my way to where I am supposed to go to.
The first one , I was an MC for Pastors conference and lost my way back to my seat and eventually was outside the room and can’t even find my way to the conference room.

Secondary, it was like I went to my home town and can’t find my way to the house after coming going out with my brother.
At a point in time, the ways were many and I didn’t know the one to walk on.

  2. This is a pretty stereotyped and shallow interpretation isn’t it? So people who get lost in their dreams are in despair in real life?

That’s hilarious, if you want to be a real help, try NOT eliciting that people with these dreams have problems that they don’t necessarily have.

It’s that ‘go get help because you have issues’ mentality that winds you into a bigger hole.

    • Instead of the time and space dimensions, in dreams you experience emotion and intensity. Recurrant dreams are a process of trying to resolve an important emotion. The prime emotion in having to search for where you parked is frustration, because you cannot get to where you need to be and cannot progress until you figure out how to get there. Perhaps a relationship partner disconnecting from you and you being frustrated at not being able to fix it and have the relationship connection you wanted. Especially if there is another person that you are to meet at the lost car and they are never the one getting lost. The dream will recurr until you figure it out and recognize the emotion and reason in your waking mind. Dream details matter. Listen because it is desperate to tell you what you need to know about how you feel.

  3. I like you said, “Seek out help. Do not be afraid to ask a friend or family member to help you get back on your feet as everyone has often times experienced getting lost. Those who find their way back become more determined and focused at life.”

    That is words of wisdom!
