Woke up with this dream in my memory bank:
I am hunched over walking through a circular tube-like tunnel that’s dry. I can see the light at the end. I am not in a hurry; I have no sense of urgency although it is dark in the tunnel; I feel that it is a walk I have taken several times before. I feel I may be a young Jewish or Muslim woman as my hair is covered by a red cloth that also covers my shoulders and back, my hair is shiny black, thick and long. My dress is long-sleeved and ground-length, and sky-blue in color. My shoes are comfortable. I am relatively calm but physically uncomfortable. Something shuffles by me and startles me.
There was a creature that looked like a big, fat, lizard. I felt panic toward it. Then I realized it was in distress. It was crawling forward alongside me, using its front legs only, as its back legs were paralyzed. It was crying and trying to get away from something. It was running away from its ‘family’ because its ‘family’ didn’t like it because it didn’t look like them and it also couldn’t walk well.
I wrapped my hair blanket around it and carried it away with me even though I was afraid of it. The animal was warm and calm against me. I took it to a vet. It turned out to be a very pregnant sun bear. It was crippled because the pregnancy was pinching a nerve in its lower spine and pelvic region. It looked like a lizard because it was bald because it had mange.
I don’t know how many babies a sun bear is supposed to have but this one had four babies and they were beautiful and healthy.
The vet said “I’m so happy you brought her to us because she’s actually a very rare sun bear and she desperately needed our help.”
She got better after she had her babies. And her babies were beautiful. She and I talked and she appreciated I helped her even though I was afraid of her.
I dreamt I was driving down our old street and there were several groups of sun bears sitting along the footpath. My toddler, large dog and I were then walking and a bear came up to us and started nuzzling against my son and dog. I was a little scared but it didn’t do anything to us – what does this mean?
So I had a dream about a bear fight. There were 2 black bears attacking this small bear that I’m guessing is a sun bear but it looked like a bear and hyena hybrid and the bear threw the sun bear hyena into the air and it landed on the hood of my car.
Dreamed a male friend and I were sunbears lying on our backs in tall soft grass sun shining down on us playing with something between our paws
