Teeth Falling Out in Dreams

Dreaming of teeth falling out is a common dream symbol and can indicate a variety of things based on personal, cultural, and universal interpretations. Importantly, these dreams do not usually indicate literal tooth loss or dental issues, but metaphorical representations of other areas in your life.

Often, teeth falling out in dreams can symbolize feelings of insecurity and fear. It might indicate that you’re experiencing a sense of powerlessness or loss of control in your life. If you’re currently dealing with a situation where you feel your influence or control is diminishing, this dream might be a manifestation of those feelings. It could also be associated with self-esteem or body image issues, especially if you’ve been dealing with weight concerns.

Teeth falling out in dreams might also be related to communication. As the primary tool of speech, teeth might represent your ability to express yourself effectively. If you’ve been struggling to communicate your thoughts, feelings, or ideas recently, dreaming about losing teeth could be a metaphor for feeling silenced or unheard.

Additionally, this dream could be a reflection of your worries about losing something or someone valuable to you. This can be particularly relevant if you’ve been grappling with fears of abandonment or loss. It might be a call to appreciate and cherish the people and things you value in your life.

The symbolism of teeth falling out can also be tied to financial concerns. Teeth are essential tools for survival, and losing them in a dream could symbolize anxiety over your financial security or stability. If you’ve been under financial stress or worry, this dream could be your subconscious way of expressing these anxieties.

In certain cultural interpretations, teeth falling out are seen as a sign of transition or significant life changes. It could signify a feeling of growing older, or an impending milestone or transformation. Remember to consider your personal and cultural context when interpreting this dream.

Spiritually, dreaming of teeth falling out might serve as a reminder to maintain your spiritual health and growth. It’s a sign to focus on inner stability and resilience, as opposed to external or materialistic matters.

After having this dream, you might want to reflect on any feelings of insecurity, fear, loss, or changes you’re currently experiencing. You could also think about ways to improve your communication or resolve financial concerns. It’s also crucial to cherish your relationships and take steps to alleviate any fears of loss or abandonment.

In your waking life, consider this dream as a prompt to reassess your current situation and regain your sense of control and security. You may want to focus on developing better communication skills, managing your finances wisely, and fostering your relationships. Remember, dreams serve as a mirror to our subconscious and can provide valuable insights into our inner workings and potential growth areas.

As you gain a better understanding of this dream, you can use this knowledge to navigate your life more effectively. Are there areas in your life where you need to take back control? Do you need to work on your communication skills? Are there financial goals you need to set? Or, do you need to pay more attention to your relationships? Reflecting on these questions can guide you towards personal development and self-improvement, ultimately leading to a more fulfilled and balanced life.

  1. I dreamed my deceased daughter (23 yrs gone) and I were in an automobile. She was driving and going very fast. I warned her to slow down, we went airborne in a curve, over a canal or body of water. I said I think we are going to hit the water. We didn’t. The two front tires stuck on the bank of the canal. I said, I am ok, are you ok? She giggled, said yes except for this and she handed me her tooth into my hand. She turned the ignition and the car started. We both laughed, I woke up.

  2. I had a dream I accidentally messed with me teeth and one of my top ones came out and there was a demon in the bedroom that was connected to the bathroom I was in at the time who was earlier trying to make a contract with me or something. So I went out of the bathroom and back into the bedroom where he was sitting on the bed smiling. I begged him to put it back in for me and that I knew he could and begged him to grant my wish and he did.

  6. I have had this dreams at twice in the last week of my top front tooth being very loose. When i touch it it comes right out into my hand. The tooth looks perfect no flaws, no blood. I slide the tooth back into place and it is fine. Then other teeth start to loosen, and when i go to touch them i wake up.
In the dream emotionally i fell confused and puzzled, but while awake I am worried and scared.
Can anyone help me interpret this Please?

  7. I have 4 or 5 dreams a month about my teeth falling out. In each of these dreams one or more teeth fall out and I am always able to put them back in but they are still loose. It is always the side top teeth and sometimes the front top teeth. Last night it was the top front and side teeth and this time I couldn’t get them put back in. It was very disturbing and it woke me up in the middle of the night.

  8. I dreamt that one of my wisdom teeth fell out. I looked at it and put it back in it’s place. After putting it back it seemed sturdier than ever before. It wasn’t rottent or decayed or anything. Just a perfectly shaped wisdom tooth that I put back in. And it felt solid when I placed it, like it would never fall out again.

  10. It was dreaming last night:
I woke up from a sleep and felt my teeth strangely like falling out.
I stand infront of mirror, looked into my mouth that i saw my teeth (top & bottom) as a whole clamp was loose. It took it out, and was surprised because i had teeths inside my mouth and the falling teeth was like an extra cover teeth.
I felt like that falling teeths were over the top of another teeth.
I then some how was at somewhere near a toilet and threw the falling teeths in toilet. I checked back into mirrors i have not lost any teeth inside my mouth.

I am sorry if it’s long, complicated and not understandable but still i would thanks you if u can translate my dream according to islam way of thinking. Thanks.

  12. In my dream, I woke up, and began praying.

I was praying for strength for my friends, as I was praying my tooth (wisdom tooth) started wobbeling.

I continued to pray, a man close by was inspired by me.

As I continued to pray, my room was filled with an awesome white light, I then realised this, as I realised this, it began to slowly fade, and reality was near- if that makes sense.

Suddenly, I was chocking -like something was strangling me. And as this entity strangled me- I felt life draining out of me. I began to pray again, my teeth all of them of the top set apart from my two front teeth began to fall out one by one my mouth was filled with blood, I began to die. My body began to deteeriate , and a voice was telling me, no-one will find you, this is the effect of the painkillers , your heart is going to burst. I refused to open my mouth, and (said in my heart) Jesus your will be done, your will be done! I looked at my bible- which was on my bed – and again I prayed – In Jesus Name I refuse this, In Jesus Name In Jesus Name – exhausted I woke up instantly

does anyone know? I regulary have demonic dreams, where I have entities trying to drain life out of me.

I had a dream that three of my front teeth fell out, (both the front ones and also the second on the left) there was no pain or blood at all but I was really frightened, no matter how hard I tried to put them back in they just kept falling out again. In my dream I freaked out and ran searching for my mum, who I couldn’t find.
Has anyone else had a similar dream? I’m just about to turn 30, could this have any significance?

I finally get to the dentist and its a pediatric dentist and there’s a really long wait. While I was waiting I walked up to a table and saw my whole family sitting there including my now deceased grandfather. My son was there too only he was a baby (he’s currently 5). I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what it means.

  18. Almost every night I have a dream where I push out my lower teeth either with my upper teeth or my tongue. Sometimes it happens several times in one night. I don’t remember my dreams very well but I can always remember pushing out my teeth. I can also remember wanting to stop pushing at my teeth but never being able to stop myself and always feeling frustrated. I’ve heard some people say that this is a sign of stress, but I’m interested in hearing if there may be some other explanation. I usually have fairly vivid dreams every night. I can remember that I dreamed, but not the actual dream itself. However, pushing out my teeth is something I can vividly remember.

I examined it carefully and the interior was perfectly white inside, the onlg problem was it’s chipped off and 1 tooth had a hole on top. I was worried, i asked my sister to look at me teeth and then she laughed. I asked her why? And she said how could your teeth not chip off if you dont brush? Look, it’s full of tartar and then i looked at the mirror smiled and saw tartar..then i woke up What does this mean??

  20. I had a dream where I had just left a guy who told me that if my boyfriend and I ever broke up then he would always be there for me, I hugged him goodbye and then went off for a meal with my family, which then changed into me going to a party. When I was walking towards the party my teeth began to come out, when they were coming out I was coughing them out. At first it seemed to be my wisdom teeth and then the teeth that when I was younger I had had out. But when I got home (and received a ruler to take to college from the librarian who happened to be there) I looked in the mirror I had some of my front teeth out and or chipped severely and my gums all over had blood as if the teeth had cut them. At the end of my dream before I woke up I was worried that I had college that day and that I was going to see my boyfriend and would have to open my mouth.

  21. I have this reoccuring dream from time to time that I am looking in a mirror and my teeth start crumbling in my mouth and I start pulling all the pieces of my teeth out of my mouth. Then I look down into the sink and I see the parts of my teeth along with blood go down the drain. In my dream after awhile I start wondering where all these teeth are coming from because I have pulled so many out and it never seems to stop.

  22. I had a dream in which I was back home for my sisters wedding (which was a few weeks ago) and I saw my aunt there who was sober and framing out on me because she got in a fight with my mom and I had made a comment. She then got out of the van we were in and on her way out she hit my face. I felt fine till we got back to the hotel. Room where I could feel my one tooth was loose. The top left 4th tooth to be exact. And I kept thinking in my mind “please don’t fall out” and then it fell out. I was standing in the bathroom when it happened and spit out blood, then when I ran my tounge over it, I could feel something else so I pull it out and it’s a piece of metal or something and I felt it again and pulled out another piece. I then freak out and tell my dad so he’s getting ready to take mr to emerg when I woke up… But when I was waking up I had an episode of sleep paralysis, for those of u that don’t know, it’s when ur mind wakes up before ur body and u can’t move and for some reason u feel really scared and almost like u can’t breath… Please please tell me what this dream means!!

  27. I have been having this same dream since i was 18; i am now 24.
In my dream, I find through eating or brushing my teeth, that one of my front teeth is wobbly.
When I jiggle it, it painlessly and without blood, comes out.
I am amazed more than shocked.
I check the next tooth, and it too comes out!
So then it becomes an emotionless game of pulling all of my teeth out until there are none left.

I always wake up feeling to see if my teeth are still there 😛

  28. I just had a dream last night that the tooth beside my front teeth was getting wiggly and almost falling out, almost the whole dream I was holding it in so it wouldn’t fall out, and there was a lot of saliva coming onto my hand and I can’t remember exactly what happened but I then went to my orthodontist and I don’t really remember what happened there but all I know is that nothing helped it and at one point it actually fell out and I was holding it in my hand for a minute just looking at it. After that I put it back into my mouth with a little struggle and kept holding it in until my dream ended. I have noe clue what it means, every website I check has different meanings. I’m so confused. And also, I’m only 15 years old.

  30. I am truly worried about a dream I had. Can someone with the knowledge to do so please help me out. I had the dream sleeping on my right hand side so I am not sure whether it actually has a meaning or not.

From what I can remember the dream starts with me in a room with my sister’s mother in-law an old lady easily in her early 90’s she is still alive by the way. I start puking things such as metal and allsorts one or two of my sisters are there as well but not her daughter in law from what I can remember. I have a feeling in the dream as though my sister’s mother in-law put the stuff I was puking in my mouth and made me swallow it when I was sleeping so that’s why in the dream I wasn’t worried about it much as in I had an explanation in my head to why it was happening so I didn’t seem worried in the dream. Next I remember my teeth falling out in to my right hand from top and bottom I can’t remember which ones exactly accept for one. A small front bottom tooth I also remember another tooth but it didn’t fall out this one is more to the front of the mouth next to my pointy tooth I think they call the pointy tooth a carnivore, sorry but I’m not sure. I do remember feeling that more from the bottom seemed to fall out into my hand think more of the front bottom ones as though all at once but I also remember a few fell out individually from the top again I think more to the front. The reason why I remember these two teeth well is because when the front bottom small tooth came out into my right hand it had a brown yellowish colour and looked rotten but had no holes in it and it also was the only one that caught my eye although I could feel more fell out into my right hand at the same time. When the teeth fell out I remember a feeling of relief thinking at least I probably lost the bent one and it should grow back straight now and look better. I remember thinking they will grow back because it has happened before and when I started feeling my teeth to remember, which tooth fell out before and grew back is when I felt the bent one still in my mouth, which didn’t seem to bother me. I remember also thinking oh no I got to meet my partner this week and what if he feels my missing teeth with his tongue and then I thought oh well I don’t think I will be meeting him this week any way and my teeth will grow back anyway the bent one did so the others will.

I don’t remember the dream very clearly I have tried to provide as much detail as possible but at times I have to keep changing things because I remember certain things to be a little different but the gist is my teeth fell out more from the bottom into my right hand and I thought oh well maybe the crooked ones gone it will probably grow back straight now and look better. One of my tooth that fell out into my hand was yellowy brownish as though rotten coloured but no wholes or anything. I was alright about it as I felt they will grow back I felt my bent tooth with my tongue when I was trying to find the one that grew back some time ago when I lost my tooth before and it was still in my mouth, which didn’t seem to bother me. I remembered my partner might feel my teeth and think urgh then I thought well not going to see him soon anyway so felt a little better.

Please be honest whether bad news or good.

  33. A few years ago I had a dream where I was sitting by myself reading a book and suddenly my front tooth falls out. I don’t feel any pain but the one right next to it falls out and I start to freak out. I know that they are not baby teeth and my other teeth suddenly become lose. As they start to fall out my front teeth grow back but they are slightly pointed and hurt as they come in. My mouth is bleeding and the others start coming back the same way. I am in serious pain and am worried that the teeth look wierd when they start to fall out again! The cycle keeps going and going until I finally wake up. This dream seems wierd to me because I usually don’t remember my dreams but I have had this one a few times.

  35. THIS IS VERY DISTURBING

i have dreamed multiple times that my teeth have fallen out or broken, last night i dreamed that i was asleep, but i was aware of everything going on around me, but i couldnt wake myself up or otherwise control anything that was happening, i was bitting down on my teeth so my top front tooth on the right broke out of the gum but it was still in by the root and i was screaming so my grandma came in my room (im staying at her house with my brother and sister) and pulled it out and the ENTIRE root came out and my mouth and the tooth and the root were extremely bloody and i felt extreme pain throughout the whole thing while my tooth was breaking and my grandma was pulling out the gum.
ive had similar dreams but the roout has never been taken out and it never hurt as much as it did and i was the only one in the dream. and they seem to be the only dream i can remember almost every detail. but this is the only one i can remeber more than scraps of.

I’d move my tongue and a tooth would come out still inside my mouth but I would realise it until my mouth felt full. I’d open my mouth and teeth would fall out but it was like I had too many teeth because it wouldn’t stop and my gums would still have loads of teeth still there. I start to panic and start shouting at people to get me to the hospital but I would feel so self-conscious that people were staring at me. What did my dream mean?

In my dream my husband and I were all geared up and ready to go skydiving (which he would NEVER do in real life) and all of my teeth in the top left quarter of my mouth were hanging by a “string”. I told him that I had to just rip them out and put them in the car so I could take them to the dentist with me. As I walked to the car, I plucked them out one by one. When I got to the parking lot, our “car” was an RV which was so high above me that there were steps about 8 feet to get in. As I looked up, there was a doggy door half opened with my 7 month old nephew hanging out, and before I knew it, he crawled out and plummeted face down on the ground. I picked his lifeless body up, and then I woke up gasping for air with more fear inside of me than I have ever felt. This is the most vivid dream I have ever had and ever remembered.

One of my earliest childhood dreams from about 1st-2nd grade was of me sitting with my classmates on the ground at the library, while the teacher was reading to us. all of a sudden my teeth started crumbling and i was spitting them out, horrified. i’ve had another, shorter dream kind of the same since then, but then the other night (20 years later) i had a dream that part of one of my molars was starting to chip. (this actually happened in real life, where my wisdom teeth came up and cracked off a piece of my molar and in the dream it was the same location and everything). in the dream, i was picking at it, but was afraid of chipping it worse and then i ended up pulling the whole tooth out. it was completely black, and the teeth around it started falling out, completely black as well. from the sounds of my dreams, it might actually be a litteral fear of losing my teeth! but who really knows… it’s just very interesting how common this dream is

But I’ve had a dream where I went on a ride and before I went on I took all of my teeth out. Then when in the bathroom brushing my teeth I kept spitting out small pieces of tooth so there were gaps and places where I had no teeth at all. He kept trying to comfort me but I wouldn’t let him. And more snd more teeth just kept falling out all the teeth in my mouth were really wobbly.
Could this all be linked with the holiday and relationship troubles etc?? It’s also unusual for me to remember dreams as I never do 🙁

I was talking and my gums started to slide so I just opened my mouth and out came a section of my gum with my teeth still intact. then little by little one tooth came out and pieces of another tooth. the big sections are always my canine teeth to my molars. I tried to preserve them by putting them in an orange bowl of milk then putting it in the refrigerator. then I poured the milk out and and put water and put it back in the refrigerator.

  55. I work for Children’s Services as a social worker in real life, but in my dream, I apprehended a child and her teeth fell out. I took her to the dentist and the cost at the dentist was 180,000 before coverage, but with the dental coverage it was only 1100. Then I felt myself pressing my bottom teeth against my top teeth, which forced some of my front bottom teeth out. The rest of my front bottom teeth became loose and I was able to gently lift them out. Each tooth remained whole and actually appeared quite perfect as I held them in my hand.

Then she washes it and there was some blood on it also. Next she felt that another tooth in left lower jaw was also becoming loose. She got afraid of the idea that another tooth was coming out and the dream ended abruptly. 61. My teeth dream began about work. I guess this is because I am off sick again and worried about both losing my job and facing the heavy workload of my return. I had a dream about work. The office was flooded. My boss was having a massage in the midst of the chaos. My friend had been fired but no one was prepared to talk about it. My boss’ office flooded and she invited me to wash in her office which was now a bath. As I lay on the floor to get washed, I felt a heavy pressure in my mouth. My top layer of teeth all moved slightly. I ran my tongue across them and noticed they were all fixed together almost like dentures. When my boss wasn’r looking, I reached into my mouth and the whole row of teeth came out in my hand. Fortunately I notice some dentistry cement on the top of them and was able to stick them back in, but did not want my boss to put anything near my mouth as I feared they would come out again. I had no concerned about the rest of the office or the flood by that point and could only concentrate on my teeth.

I get the bleeding to stop and then I tell my family and they just kinda say ok we’ll get it fixed up for you but they’re not very concerned about it. I just don’t understand. In the dream I just had I was aware that I had had a dream of this happening. Also my sister and brother in law who live 5 hrs away were in my dream and I woke up very much afraid and disturb. 63. Assalamu Alaikum,
Today after suhoor/sehri this morning I took a nap before going to work. I’m 35 years old and wear dentures for 3 front bottom teeth.
I had a dream that… I’m visiting my aunts and cousins back home after very long time. As soon as I arrive to their house I notice that my dentures top & bottom are broken (please note that in reality I only wear bottom dentures).
I see myself in a mirror; I have no front and bottom teeth. I was so embarrassed to open my mouth to even say salaam. I ran to the washroom to fix my dentures but only to find out that there was no solution to fix them. Please tell me if that means anything (Allahu alim). Jazakallah

I have had the same dream over and over, probably four or five times within the last two months… It starts out like a normal day (I’m usually with people, like family, just talking and stuff) then all of a sudden I get this extreme, extreme pain in my mouth…. It’s a really painful pressure of some sort coming from all directions in my mouth like it was trying to push my teeth out of my gums… My teeth then feel very very loose, and this last dream one actually came out… I had my fingers in my mouth trying to get the pain to stop and one of my teeth (not the very front ones, but about two over to the left on the top) easily came out…It was bloody and I was freaking out… I repeatedly tried to put it back in (for some reason remembering that if you put the tooth back in and get to a dentist it can be saved – not sure if this is actually true)… I couldn’t get it back in but had someone help… But all my teeth were loose like just ready to fall out and I could feel them moving around in my mouth with my tongue, the whole time still having this awful pressure in my mouth… I have no idea what this means, but it has happened more than once, which kind of freaks me out!!

    • I had those kind of dreams before and after my dad died…I have noticed that when these dreams are associated with death seem to usually be with a fater….not that odd if u think about it because our dads are our supplier our bread winners our security so I do see some conenction to teeth in that aspect but also…even with gods comfort in mourning losing your father naturaly leaves u feeling rather insecure and the teeth dreams left me with a major. Insecure feeling. So my opinion on your question only comes from seeking god in this area because I also found a connection with these dreams I had before dad died and was kind of distraught when I had another one a few months after his death that perhaps it could mean someone else BUT on a general scale I think the dream symbolizes loss or fear of loss more than specificaly death(just my opinion) so it makes sence to have them after a death 2 but I would still seek God on the subject…I have learned not to disregard dreams……..(also don’t obcess over it either because I also went through that stage and it takes your trust from god and and places it in yourself in that maybe I could have changed it or it was a warning because some things are gods will and we*ll may never fully know why). I don’t know how recent your dads passing was or the circumstances but I’m 22 and lost my dad in an accident 8 months ago in a car accident. So my heart and prayers go out to you.and even though A LOT of questions have arised in this……..don’t fear the dreams seek the lord…2Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of a sound mind

In the dream I was sitting on my mother’s bed and talking with her, expressing my happiness to be home while she expressed her joy at having me home. She walked out of the room and as she left, I felt for my top teeth and noticed they were very loose. My two front teeth began to fall out & I yelled fearfully to my mother that my teeth were all falling out. She came back into the room and very calmly said, “Megan we knew this was going to happen soon, Its okay, you will just deal with it”. I agreed with her and walked over to the bathroom mirror and began removing all of the remaining teeth out of my mouth. With every tooth I removed I began to feel an extreme feeling of relief and serenity wash over me. Then I woke feeling stunned and confused. What could this mean?

    • this is so weird. I had almost the exact same dream last night… only for some reason Robert Downey Jr. was in it, so bonus! I had a dream that my fiance and me were traveling and visiting his mother. At some point I went to the dentist to have a chipped tooth repaired and it was fixed but I realized that more and more teeth were chipping off and he could not repair them. Same thing was happening to Downey, but anyways we talked about it and with the dentist and we decided that we were ok with this. I remember feeling the holes in my mouth and being fine about it. I woke up like you completely confused. I can not think what it would mean except that many people interpret dreams of losing teeth as meaning we are ashamed of something or embarrassed by something so maybe we are actually working that out in our subconscious and overcoming our embarrassment. Maybe when you face a parallel situation in real life you can hold onto the strength you found in your dream to overcome it. Just a thought????

I then had a dream about my husband sleeping on our spare bed.
Also had a dream that my cousins wife (she is very close to me) is telling me that she is pregnant with twin boys and that she is not happy that they are two boys. Im telling her dont say that. But how did she know the sex of the twins when i was further than her and I couldnt tell. Then I woke up.

        1. you are talking too much
        2. someone doesnt want you to talk
        3. represents shame and embaressment.

From the presentation in your dream, sounds like when you talk or vent your feelings, people do not listen to you. Could be just showing you that the people around you are not listening to the things you say since u said they didnt care in the dream.

    • Losing teeth must be one of the most common of all dreams.

There are times when a dream should be taking literally. After all, many of us have lost teeth or will do so in the future.

However, I believe that most dreams, including this one, are symbolic. Many of these symbols are lost to us in our modern world. To understand some of these symbols, we need to look at their important in more primitive societies. In these less developed cultures, there is less of a barrier between the consciousness and the unconscious. There ceremonies and rites have not died; they live on in our dreams.

But, in my opinion, losing a wisdom tooth can have one of two possible meanings:
      1. First the negative meaning – It may be that you are losing wisdom. This does not seem likely but such things do happen.
      2. Now for the positive meaning – In a paradoxical way the loss of a wisdom tooth may be a sing of increased wisdom. This is because many of our dreams are symbolic. In primitive cultures, it is not uncommon for the men to sacrifice a tooth to the Great Spirit to ensure their success as hunters or warriors.

The 2nd meaning is the more likely meaning. A tooth has been symbolically sacrificed to gain wisdom.

      Good job!

    • Hey Scared dreamer. i do not have answers for you but would just like to comment that i too have had a very similar dream. i wish i could say i had this dream once, however it is reoccurring. i have 3 dreams that interchange monthly and i keep seeing in the same sequence. 3 dreams that i have had repetitively since i was 7 or 8 years old… i am 19 right now.

the dream i see that scares me the most is to do with my teeth. It is if i can feel pain when it starts to happen. my teeth crackle down the center tooth by tooth. i can feel them breaking slowly and i grip my jaw, then they separate from my gums. there is never blood in my dream but i choke a bit on the broken pieces then begin to spit them out into my hands. they all keep cracking until i have no teeth left or i wake up. i get on my knees in my dream and let my jaw hang lose and its as if it hurts me… till every last tooth breaks.. and i cough trying to spit them out.

i dont know what it means or what to do. there are many problems i am facing… but i would like to see the interpretation so i can link it to something in my life.

I’ve had this dream multiple times, but none recently. I think it has to do with grinding my teeth while sleeping. Ofcourse under stress sometimes people grind their teeth, so it could be related to stress in that manner

Then my dream flashed to a day at work where everything was sort of normal accept I was late to start working an the stress seemed a bit much. Then I flashed back to the party that I shouldn’t be having and I have woken up an gone back to sleep about 6 times by now always going back into the same dream. Then back at the party dream I look in the mirror and my 2 front teeth fall out allowing the other teeth to move closer an take there place, there was some relief for my top teeth but my bottom jaw was in more pain then before so I look into the mirror again an see all my teeth crumbling away falling an chipping everywhere it was then I woke up again an forced myself to stay awake instead of entering the nightmare again. I’ve had this dream about 6-8 times and now its getting to the point of asking for advice on how to stop this. please help

    • I had a similar dream, my wisdom tooth fell out, i was mortified, I kept tonguing it for a bit, people were laughing at me and the gap was getting wider. I was screaming then woke up.
A few days later my father died. my sister had a similar dream, we looked into a dream interpretation book and apparently loosing your wisdom tooth meant loosing the ‘leader’ or main-head of the house. (i cant remember the exact words, it was 6 yrs ago) I had a dream today my incisor tooth was VERY loose and I could see it clearly and vividly stuck to a thin bit of my gum, I then imagined myself without that tooth and was again mortified, the tooth next to it was loose, but I was more afraid of loosing the the former tooth that I didn’t care that the other tooth was loose. That is why I’m looking for dream interpretations. Lisa, please tell me, did you loose anyone dear to you when you had this dream?…Because I’m not sure if that interpretation was just coincidence! thanks.

      • I never thought of the dreams I had of my teeth being loose or falling out as a sign but I had them continually for months last winter.they were very distressing to me so much so that I would check to make sure alll my teeth were still in place in the morning (especially considering my 3 in a half years of orthodonics 2 achieve this smile lol). I often talked about these dreams with my family and looked it up on the computer and all I came up with was it was an indication of some cosmetic insecurities so I kindof disregarded them as they continued. They would be slightly different everytime but most of the time several of my teeth were so loose in the dream that they felt as though they would fall out but I don’t remember ever letting that happen I always kept pushing them back in and hiding the fact from anyone who was in the dream. Well anyways I will now get 2 the main point this past april my 42 year old dad died in a horible car accident. By this time I had forgoten my teeth dreams, one day, while trying to wrap my mind around what had actually happened and the fact that my dad was no longer here, these reacurring dreams came to back to me. I google the meaning again and found one definition stating that looseing teeth in dreams means the loss of a loved 1 and trying to hold on to them. I was shocked…..since my dads passing several members of my family dream of him often sometimes it feels like a visit other timesmy dad has givin specific instruction and some hold sort of clues for the reason for his tragic death. My family and my dad have always been born again christians we believe that jesus died for our sins and if we accept him into our hearts we will spend eternatiy with him in heaven. Ihave no doubt my dad is with the lord. Gos has even let us know these things in dreams. I never thought of the great significane of dreams untill now but all through the bible god sends messages, profecies and visions through dreams to his people so these things should not suprise us. My only advise for someone who has these dreams is to seek the lord and not to panic that something horrible is going to happen but rest in the fact that even if it does(as in my case) that the lord jesus christ has everything under control and some of the dreams I had before my dads death were gods way of prepairing my spirit to accept what he knew was to come and the1s we’ve had since his death were not some ghostly visit from my dad but simply the promice that my lord in heaven gave us that he would not leave us comfortless in grief if we would trust in him. We will never have all the answers for the ways of god or these dreams but no matter what happens god still sits on his throne and prepares a place that we can all be together again. Thank you jesus!

        • Id like to add that in my case it kind of seems to go along wwith my dads passing because of somany other things that happend at the time including more specific dreams. So I don’t want to make a blanet statement that anytime you dream of loose or falling ou someone will die I’m sure there are lots of other explanations. It just happened to fit into my situation ……just wanted to clarify…perhaps could mean just a loss of something else or a subconsious fear of change or maybe even insecurities, but I would seek th Lord with any kind of disturbing dream you may have- but I have learned through this that perhaps certain things can not be prevented and r not sent as a warning but a preperation…..again only my opinion I don’t claim to have a definate answer

      1. You talk too much, could be telling too much of your own business or too much of someone elses.
      2. Someone doesnt want you talking or telling something.

I had a dream like this one time, but in my dream my teeth fell out… a girl in my dream was making bad wishes for my teeth to fall out.. but I could feel in my spirit that she was trying to shut me down from talking.
