Incubated Dreams

Dream incubation is the act of directing your mind to dream about what you want to dream about. There are a few techniques such as concentrating on a positive goal, visualizing it in your mind and suggesting to it’s unconscious subconscious. The dreaming mind will eventually give in, and you can start dreaming vivid images fulfilling your wishes.

If you imagine something at a given time, it is more likely to become a reality. We have control over what we think during the day as easily as we can during sleeping hours by incubating our dreams. So if you know that some event or goal is your heart’s desire, direct your mind to dream of that event or goal and make an investment in dreaming up future scenarios with both tactics and visualization. You may be surprised by what you can dream up with the power of suggestion.

Another example is thinking about the person you can’t stop thinking about right before you sleep, 9 times out of 10 you will see them in your incubated dream.
