Had a dream that i was in my home town called witvlei at the shops with friends that i do not no. I’m sober for 7 months nw but in my dream people wanted me to drink alcohol an i was given cooked kidneys to eat,yes i did eat them not one but alot. What does this mean

I had a dream where there was a nurse telling me i had kidney stones repeatedly, i dont have the slightest idea what that means. Can someone help me out?

T dreamed that ,I was trying to lock my door before an intruder will be entering my house. The key was outside and the guy was in-fount of the door. He grab me from my side and I felt my kidneys is being squeezed, and I was surrendering my keys.
