My boyfriend dreamt of two human like rats, one was white with red eyes and bigger than the other, the second was a blueish color. Hi, I got the dream that a rat bit my one year old daughter on her mouth (lip), when I had left her with my mother for a while in some public place. I had a dream last night that my cat brought me a giant injured rat, which I thought was dead. In waking life she normally brings me dead or severely injured animals which I end up burying. I got some paper towel to pick up this giant rat which was almost the size of a cat as well and its face was swelled and very intimidating. Before I picked it up it suddenly came back to life and began struggling and then fully regained its life. Then the rat began making a home out of the garage and I felt stressed because I no longer felt I had the courage to pick it up to get rid of it. So I made a plan that involved no contact with the rat to remove it from the garage. After I successfully tricked the rat into leaving the garage through the side door, I went outside to be with my father and his best friend. Almost instantly the rat found me and began chasing me and an impressive pace. Finally, I decided I didn’t care if the rat was chasing me because I had gotten it out of the house, so what more damage could it have done? Suddenly I felt a clawing happen at my feet and looked down and saw the giant rat clawing at my ankles and trying to climb up my legs to stare at me in the eyes is what I thought it was trying to do. I had a strange dream about my seeing a slim black medium sized or slightly under a medium size but definitely not a small sized, rat. The black rat was crawling around in the hallway til it reached the outside of my bedroom door and when I approached it to capture or kill it, I don’t exactly remember my intentions on what I wanted to do to this rat, the rat started rapidly crawling ON and UP my bedroom door like a spider or some other nasty insect that have sticky legs that allow them to walk up things like walls and doors. I didn’t capture or kill this rat, but just before I could do anything to this rat I just remember watching it scurry up my bedroom door before waking up from the dream. What does this dream mean?

no rats were made that way. believe me i’ve had more rats then I want cause they mated a lot. try to keep her separated cause stress can cause early labor and if she has the babies around other rats they will most likely eat the babies unless they aren’t interested when the babies are 2 weeks old they will be adorable. when they are feeding on the mom its so cute and funny when she gets up and they dangle there while feeding. I dreamt that we saw a big white rat. I’m so scared of rats and mice all my life. But nobody wants to kill it. I keep screaming kill it. I stabbed it once with a long knife near the heart, it was still alive. So I stabbed it again making sure the knife goes through, it was still alive, so I stabbed it the third time, it was still alive but not moving or fighting. All those time I was stabbing it, it wasn’t fighting. Then I felt something on my left finger. I looked and a white mouse was stuck there biting me. I opened its mouth then stabbed it. I always dream about animals and have very detailed dreams but this is the first rat dream. I was being chased by someone who was trying to hurt me and I was tuning away, found a garage to hide in and a grey rat that was there eating dog food was by my knee trying to reach the extra food. So it climbs on me and crawled to my neck and then crawled to the shelf with the food. I run out and don’t get bitten or caught by the bad guy. Very weird but detailed. Last night I dreamt I was preparing to dye my hair. I looked at the bottle and realized it was blonde and not the burgundy color I wanted. I decide to test it on a small patch of hair. As I run my fingers through it giant clumps come off in my hands. I try styling it to hide the bald spots, but nothing works as it is tangled resembling a rats nest and the color keeps changing. I yell for my sister and husband, but only my sister comes to help. She shows me her psoriasis ridden scalp. I look in the mirror and my scalp is bleeding. It looks as if it has been chewed on. I look toward the shower curtain, as I have been in the bathroom this entire time, because it is rustling. I see a HUGE rat clinging to it, and a smaller cinnamon and cream colored mouse climbing it right below the rat. The rat frightens me, but not the mouse and I start screaming. My sister grabs a tennis racket and beats the rat to death, but injures the small mouse. This is when my husband shows up and asks whats going on. I start to feel bad about the small mouse this is when I wake up.

I had a horrible nightmare last night while i had went to sleep already angry at my husband.i was at what was supposed to be my house in the nightmare but it looked totally different. I was packing up some of my things and started with the bathroom.as i reachedin the counter drawers, a rat jumped out and bit my hand and i killed it. Then i was in my room getting clothes together and rats were in my dresser drawers too! They started jumping out, brown and black rats. I tried killing them off but they started to chase me and ran me out the house. One was even biting my left big toe! I woke up at exactly 5a.m. and my husband still hasn’t came home.
For two nights I’ve dreamt of a pet rat. In reality, I find rats repulsive, but in my first dream I was feeding a rat fruit. I’m not sure if it was a wild rat or someone’s pet, but it was calm and friendly. Last night I had a giant brown rat on a leash/halter. We were attending shopping malls and there were dog shows. People were not sure whether to be horrified by my rat or like it. Kids were drawn to it and some adults. I remember it sitting on my stomach (it was small/medium dog sized) and when I pet it it pushed its body hard into my stomach so much that I couldn’t breathe. It wasn’t being nasty but I remember worrying about feeling unable to breathe. It did it several times.
It was friendly to everyone though. It bounded up to a family and had this almost comically happy face on it when they gave it attention.
In both dreams I remember feeling a little reserved around them but that might be my instincts seeping in.

I dreamt that rats kept crawling up my pants and would stay in my butt area. Each time I try to shake them off, they would fall off and then chase me. even the very small ones, like newborns wanted to keep coming back. I had a dream that there were a lot of rats sitting everywhere just relaxing like they were apart of my family and I was scared… So someone put them in a bag and they started getting crazy and they broke out of the bag and I was running and I am not sure if they were running after me or just running with me….But they were running behind me…
What about a fat black female rat who becomes your pet or close friend?
I found my pet rat in someone else’s house abandoned by her previous owners, so I took her home to feed her, make her feel safe, and introduce her to my 2 cats. They immediately turned out to be buddies, playing hide and seek, cuddling together, and they all were black in color. My rat was very attached to me, and would growl if she felt scared. I could tell she felt bad about it. I had to make slow deliberate moves to show her I would never hurt her. She would crawl up on my chest and cuddle and make some kind of purring noise to show she was content. She loved to run around the house, but she liked to chew on the edge of furniture, so I’d scold her and she’d growl. She never bit or threatened the cats, either. I found other things for her to hide in and chew on. I didn’t think rats could growl or purr, which made this dream wierd.
Next scene, I was riding a luxury bus with a couple of friends, my rat in my arms. It was a sunny spring day. It was chilly, so I wrapped my pet rat in fleece and reassured her I wouldn’t let her freeze. She nestled her face in my neck and purred.
Somehow my luxury but was driving by my ex husband’s parents’ house, and I saw them sitting in lawn chairs. They saw my bus, and me, looking out my window, but they didn’t recognize me. I told my friends about them and their son is a sociopath, took me for all my money. We all laughed, made fun of them because they looked like a couple of whales sitting out on their lawn, watching the world go by.
I was rich in this dream. I didn’t have a lover, just my friends, my 2 black cats, and my rat. The rat was never intimidating to me. In fact, she quickly learned I would not hurt her and that she eventually gave up being scared and defensive.
Any idea what this means?
There was a blue rat/mouse in my dream. It wasn’t trying to hurt me it was just there. I have no issues with either so I wasn’t trying to get rid of it. This blue rodent stayed near the blue hole in the wall at the edge of the blue and white carpet. I just don’t understand. Help….? 🙂
I dreamt my family were under attack by rats. I was petrified, then one bit me several times on the hands and I got brave and angry and killed the rat by choking it to death with my bare hands. Then my son appeared with chains around his neck that the rats had put in him and I released him. With this all the rats ran out of the house and a happiness came over the house.
SOME ONE HELLPP. so I had a dream that I was at a strange house with my family and boyfriend. my family slept in the house but me and my boyfriend had to sleep in the garage with 2 strange kids. I dreamt last night that a naught rat was to bite me and i quickly take my shawl and throw the shawl over the rat. That rat is holding the end of the shawl by its sharp teeth.Then i quickly hold the shawl at another end and throw it together with the rat thru window. In my dream I was on my bed eating hot cheetos laying on my left hand side eating them only with my right hand , I was tucked in my blanket and I felt my small cat come up on the bed so I reach with my right arm to get her , all the lights were off but it was already turning day out around 6 am and I saw two shadows and I thought one my cat sitting up straight cus I could see her little round head with pointing ears and the other one a rat I grabbed both heads to feel if I was just seeing things or if it was an actual animal on my bed , as I grabbed for the rat looking feeling thing I fought with it to get off ny bed I tried pushing it off and since I was on my left side I didn’t want to get up from that position because I thought it would crawl under me or bit me ,so I fought with it with my right arm and hand until I finally got it and it try hitting me so I opened its mouth now this time with both my hands to pull his mouth apart but he was biting down and I could feel his teeth , it wasn’t really a bit it was just the pressure I was making to open his mouth and the pressure he was to close it I threw it off my bed as I jumped up on my bed to turn on the light It felt so real but as I turned on the light I saw there wasn’t any hot cheetoes next to me so I knew it was a dream and on my hands there wasn’t any marks , but I’m still scared because one I hate rats and two In my dream I actually felt it from head to toe when I touched it it felt si real soft slick fur skin I could feel his shape as a rat it was disgusting but terrifying , what does this exactly mean ??

i had a dream last night that me and my partner were in a shop and at the back was what was once a bakery and my partner got the idea to open it again with some work to be done ,he moved a cabinet and all these rats came running out big black rats i jumped onto a unit terrified , we eventually came home and settled into bed the rats played on my mind so much that i woke in the early hours and went into the kitchen to make a drink and my kitchen was full of rats and they were jumping at me and one jumped onto the upper part of my foot and sank its teeth in and no matter how much i pulled and beat it ,it wouldnt let go i sprayed stuff at it but still it wouldnt let go ,i woke up and was shaking with fright and wet through with sweat ,i got out of bed to go to the bathroom and the top of my foot really hurt but their was nothing their ,and all day the top of my foot has really hurt but their is no marks no bruising nothing but is just so tender where in my dream the rat was , i dont understand what this dream means at all ,i know that i feel used at the moment by friends as i thought , my partner is really concerned that im facing alot on my own as he is working in austrailia and im in the uk and hes trying to get home as soon as he can ,but this dream has disturbed me all day ,what does it all mean

I had a dream that about 3 huge tan rats were in my house. They seem not to be a threat. I picked one up by the by the back side of his neck like a cat would pick up a kitten and walked towards the back screened in portch. My though was that I had a pet taxi somewhere that I could put the Rats in but couldn’t remember where It was. I thought that if I could only lure the rats onto the back portch then find the pet taxi, I could put them in it til I could figure out what to do next. Later I discoverd the rat that I’d been handeling was under my left leg while I was covered up in bed. Still no threat but felt like a pet instisting on curling up next to me. The dream seem to have just as much significance as the yellow snake dream that wasn’t a threat a few weeks ago. Can someone PLEASE give me some direction. What am I dealing with?
i dreamed that a black but not fully grown rat entered my parents room, but it is strange because we live on the 7th floor. You can go from my parents room straight to my room, and in my dream i was looking for something in my parents room and i saw the rat, but then the rat went to my room. i was able to catch it, and i remeber that i felt very disgusted and somehow scared…however i caught it and i threw it out of the balcony. I dreamed that there were 3 rats hanging on to my clothes at chest/shoulder level. I grabbed one and threw it off, then the second and threw it off, but the third on clung on for dear life and it was a real struggle to get it off me. As soon as I dislodged it, it grabbed hold of me again and again. I did eventually get it off but it was a struggle.
I started out by feeling comfortable, a grey rat was cuddling with me, curling up and almost purring. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get comfortable so I started tossing and turning on the couch. I squished the rat a bit so it bit my left index finger and I started to bleed. I placed the rat in my right hand and it bit my palm. I then picked it up by the tail and gave it to my husband, Tom. The rat became enraged and started flailing, I looked at it’s face and it changed to looking like a dead skinned animal (no eyes in the sockets). Tom took the rat out to kill it, even though it looked dead to me already (I remember thinking he was going to break its neck to kill it). I finished the dream feeling uncomfortable, upset, disgusted, disturbed, angry, hurt, and relieved.
i consistantly have re-accuring dreams of rats and mice. when its mice i dream of they are slive and wont go away and they crawl on me and im terrified. there quick and running around everywhere and my cat will not kill them. when i dream of rats, they ARE being killed, either by my cat or strangly my mother. its so annoying and i cant stop them and have no clue what they mean. HELP!!

I have had a running theme of rat killing for a couple of nights. In the first dream, I was chatting to a cousin I hadn’t seen in over a year and he invited me to his new place. It was a really tiny place and full of belongings, but not dirty or messy. We saw a massive black rat and we were both scared. I managed to eventually trap it and take it outside where I was going to let it go, but then when I put it down, I found myself stabbing it through it’s stomach. I used a spade to cut it’s head off, but the head was still moving so I stamped on it. I didn’t know why I’d killed it as I knew it wasn’t right.
In the second dream, I was letting the dogs into the back garden when a white rat ran in past me and over my foot. I managed, somehow, to get it outside and again used a spade to cut it’s head off, only this time, the rat’s innards all came out attatched to the head and the lifeless skin was still twitching. I stamped on it but it wouldn’t stop so I stabbed it with the spade over and over until it stopped.
Any idea what this is all about?
This morning I had a dream that I was sleeping next to my boyfriend on my bed. We heard a loud noise downstairs by the entryway. We got up and went to the stairs. I thought it was a person. We started going down the stairs, my boyfriend first with me right behind. The door at the bottom of the stairs opened and it was this kid I used to know years ago who was friends with my brother. He had a dead rat dangling from a tong like thing. He seemed pleased that he killed the rat for us. The rat had been in the entryway. I was relieved that the rat was dead- kinda unsettled that a rat had been in my house, and confused as to why this kid Doug was at my house? then i woke up.

Hi I had a dream of a large grey rat asleep on its back. I’m petting it’s belly and the rat is very peaceful. I felt a bit strange like it was my job to keep it appeased. When I took my hand away the rat shrunk & then I think may have died.

I had a dream that I pulled up at work and there were piles of dead rats along the fence and then I saw 2 or 3 lives ones running on the sidewalk. I was in my car and my mom, a kid, and parent were outside. My mom said get out there dead and I said no don’t you see those live ones.

In my dream, I was looking at a large yellow field, but closer to me was a robot which was able to split open the earth and drop down slowly. I was so confused because when I looked into the earth’s opening, there were rows and rows of coffins, all lined up on top of each other and named. I could not see the names.

After the rat had gone down the sofa i followed it and there were about four more behind the dresser. When walked closer all they did was run away.

I had a dream of a regular medium sized rat with gray and white fur. I had apparently name the rat Richie, because thats how I called him. I managed to catch him in a trap that looked pretty much like a puppy carrying bag, but he manages to get out. After running around for minutes I manage to catch him and I’m just holding him as he stretches towards me as if studying me.
I think it was more of a fancy rat than the dirty ones that come out of nowhere.
I had a dream that there was a rat on my cupboard and that it attacked me. In my dream i am furious because there are people that knew the rat was there and left it and when the rat attacked me i called out to someone and this lady works with me. The rat made a specific sound and after killing the one that attacked me, i heard another one on the other cupboard.
My friend dreamed of a big rat. According to her, the rat stole the ring that her bf gave her.. She tried to get the ring back but the rat went off and went underground.. She wrote a note on the soil “Pls return my ring” but sadly, she still didn’t get the ring.. What does it mean? Thanks

I had a dream about a rat that was so irritating. The rat was bitin into everything including my purse and wallet. Last night I had a dream that I had 3 pet rats, but they soon multiplied and took over my house, there were thousands of them just running all over the place. I tried to get rid of them, by stuffing them in boxes and throwing them out the window; but it didn’t seem to help and I accidently crushed a few of them.

I had a dream they were biting me in the left hand like they wouldn’t stop they jus kept on and on.
i had a dream that i was sitting under a guava tree which strangly had large pink flowers and tan guava fruits. (this is weird coz all guava trees i know have green leaves and they blosson white flowers which develop into guavas). the grass underneath the tree was also weirdly rough and uncomfortable to walk on even with flip flops.
Long strory short, i realized there was a big grey rat under my legs and as i stood to chase it, two other grey big rats were nimbling on my right hand. i shook my hand several times so they can drop but they held tight…eventually while struggling i got up. please interpret. thanks
I dreamt about rats running around me and my friends telling me to go and not to worry. I was back home where I grew up and I we where walking. I’m truly afraid of the animal. The funny things is this person telling me to go and not to worry is an exfriend. But I couldn’t see his face.

In my dream, there were small rats in a clear plastic box, looking at me with their teeth showing or “snarling”. (They were multi-colored, some albino, some black.They shouldn’t have been there.) My cats attacked a few that escaped as well, and I could hear them scream. I never saw blood or mangled bodies.

So wierd…I am in the Marine Corps now since 2008 my wife had a dream there were two rats in the kitchen and they were having sex. She yelled for me and I entered the kitchen angry and stomped them. I then left and she noticed movement from the rats, as if, they were playing dead. Everytime she’d look away they’d move and when she looked back they’d flop down like they were dead again. After this she called for me again and I entered the kitchen and killed them by pulling out their insides using their tails. The next morning she wakes up and tells me she thinks I’ve stopped being as intimate with her as I used to be before I joined the military…..Hope this helps….
I grew up with a very superstitious mom so I know a little bit about dreams. The fact that the rat was in your bed means that there are some issues between you and your husband that are keeping you from being more intimately involved. Somehow my mother was living with me and while she was sleeping, there was a huge rat under her bed, that I had to chase out of the house. When I grabbed it, I was disgusted and let it go, so I went back chasing it and after couple of temptations I finally got this HUGE RAT and went to my 20th floor balcony and threw him off to the river.
